The squeaking noise is most likely dry roller bearings, a little bit of silicone spray judiciously applied to any roller parts will get rid of that usually. it may also be something jamming in the cartridge area so check that too?
Use the troubleshooting procedures to isolate that Fuser error, you may find unfortunately that it is the main Circuit board, also it maybe a sensor you will simply have to check to isolate.

have to replace your fuser assembly. (Assembly 115V fuser) (40X3569)
