Question about Cell Phones
According to Telus, my Razr phone is broken.
I am unable to use mp3's as ringtones.
I am able to transfer mp3's to the phone using MPT, but it only goes into Sounds. I should be able to transfer straight to ringtones folder from the computer according to them, but it keeps going into the sounds folder, and does not give me the option to set as ringtone. They also said that the song should automatically start playing when it is transferred to my phone, and that's when I could set it, but nothing happens.
Is this a phone problem?
I was able to use an mp3 as a ringtone a year ago using MPT. yes have the same problem.
Send the MP3's to yourself in a message. The MP3 should be 30 seconds or less. One you receive the MP3 that you have sent to yourself, look under OPTIONS, you should see something that will let you save it as a ringtone.
