Question about Sony Audio Players & Recorders
The load belt to the drawer has probably broken or is slipping. It is not generally a big job to do,and if you have some mechanical aptitude, you should be able to do it. The part can be sourced as a spare from most Sony parts distributors in your part of the world. It is described as a CD drawer load belt. Let me know the exact model number of the unit and I can help you further with part numbers for sourcing it.
