Question about Lexmark X2500 All-In-One Printer
I tried to install a new ink cartridge, and the message I get says "incorrect cartridge". I'm using a Lexmark cartridge that says is will refill to the X3400 series and I know I'm putting it in correctly. When I pop the old cartridge back in that came with the printer I don't get that message and it tries to print a test page, but says it's out of ink.
I bought the cartridge back in May anticipating needing a new one at some point and wanted to be prepared so I don't know if I can take it back.
I have no idea how to trouble shoot this. Any suggestions?
If you had brought original lexmark cart you can get it exchanged as it comes with one year warranty you need to contact lexmark support to get your cart exchanged ....
