1st You download Webcam Driver.
Sa instalez drive
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Open the driver option at the bottom of the page.

Remember to select the right driver for your windows system.

Please unzip the file before you install.

You need to reboot several times, when you install the drivers.

Incearca si vezi daca merge driverul asta: http://www.nodevice.com/driver/3310__DC-3310_/get32668.html
Pe pagina producatorului deocamdata nu merge linkul de download:
ftp://driver.chicony.com.tw/DC-2110.zip
Incearca sa le trimiti un mail pt support. E foarte posibil sa iti dea ei un link de download, avand in vedere ca site-ul lor e de toata jena
Si data viitoare cand mai ai probleme incearca sa postezi in engleza.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.

It sounds like your computer is missing a DVD decoder software. Witout this little thing, the drive will not work. Try getting a program like Win DVD or Cyberlink Power DVD they are very cheap, and work well. If this does not work, try updating both the drivers and the firmware.
