I need help with a white sewing machine model 765 I can't get it to sew it doesn't pick up the bobbin thread

First thing to try is a brand new needle. A bent/damaged needle may not be able to pick up the bobbin thread.

Otherwise, it is possible it has a timing issue, ie the needle is arriving at the bobbin at the wrong time in order to connect with the bobbin thread. Search the internet web sites and videos. There is a lot of information on how to fix sewing machine timing. Or take it for service.

How do I thread a white sewing machine model 1777 need step by step

You probably already have some documentation, but if not, here are some:

White sewing Machine model 1418 (not your model, but most machines thread very much the same)

When threading the machine, ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot during the threading process. This releases the tension disk so the thread will seat properly.

I need to thread my White Superlock 1924D were can I find on the internet

White sergers (Superlocks) and sewing machines were made by Singer. Singerco.com has many of the manuals available as a free download: http://www.singerco.com/support/instruction-manuals .

However, I've never heard of a White 1924D. Did you give the correct model number? The threading diagrams for the 1934D is in part 1 of that machine's manual start on page 18. The direct link to this manual is here: http://www.singerco.com/uploads/download/982_sl-1934d,2000-a-x.pdf .

Most White Superlock machines have very similar threading directions. I hope this helps.

White model 935 maintenance help

The top thread breaks

1. the needle thread is not threaded properly

2. The needle thread tension is to tight

3. The needle is bent or blunt

4. The needle is incorrectly inserted

5. The needle thread & the bobbin thread are not set under the presser foot when starting to sew

6. the threads were not drawn to the rear after sewing

7. The thread is either to heavy or to fine for the needle

8. Try a different spool or cone of thread

Thread keeps slipping out of the first thread guide while sewing causing the tension to be off

try using a small piece of tape on the thread guide and see if that
helps the thread to stop coming out of the thread guide.

My sewing machine will not sew it only makes holes in the fabric from the needle

Assure the needle is threaded correctly.

Either its not properly threaded when you start to sew

OR the bobbin isn't correctly installed causing it not to catch the thread when sewing.

OR (possibly just with old machines) the tensioning needs to be adjusted.

It is difficult to say without seeing.
Hope this helps at least some. Good Luck!

Thread keeps breaking

Your machine isn't threaded properly. Check to make sure #1, you have it threaded right and #2 the thread on all 4 spools is in between the tension dials. Good Luck and Hope this helps.

Keeps cutting the thread from inside the machine

Make sure all of your threads are in between the tension dials. Sounds that the machine isn't catching because of the tension. Good Luck
