Ensure its drivers and everything are installed on the machine and you can see it under printers as online. From there Call 1800 Pick UPS and the service tech will assist in getting it up and running with the UPS site. It can be used for UPS from what I am seeing.
I also have an HP printer "(all in one") I'm not sure but I know I would take the software out & reload it. If that didn't work.. I would look online in HP site & SEE if anyone else has this prob...or look for possible "updates" from HP. No guarentees...but THESE things I would do BEFORE calling HP or any other tech support. Open a word processor, setup a document...
Print document ...Printer dilog box that is asking you how many bla bla bla
there is a window at the top of this box that should have your printers icon and name and what port it is using
Control box fint printer fax and see if it is there.

Start, all program, accessories, system tools, system restore.
GO back as far as you can follow the instructions and be patient. If the Driver existed then it should come back. If not go to HP site look up the driver
In Win7.Ultimate.x86 ver 7600.16385.090713-1255, go to the Control Panel->View devices and printers, right click on “Epson EPL-5900L Advanced”, select printer properties, click “OK”, select advanced, set “print direcfly to the printer”.
