try this
press "menu" and then "#" button, go to service mode. Select the "clear data function". and select "memory clear"

We had the same memory full problem. Just unplug the main switch and it will automatically reset the printer and you will be able to send and receive faxes after.

On our cabnon l100 we are trying to send faxes. After entering fax no. we are getting message saying Memory Set Doc - but fax does not go - what have we done wrong?

try to check the memory of your fax, their might possible that the memory is full and need to clear them. Just a thought hope it helps thanks.

The most easier way is to disconne, the power suplly cord.Wait few seconds and connect again.

Canon Fax L100 has Comm Error. Seems to re-appear often. Presently not recieving faxes. Please help!

evry time press red button to clear it. It means that there are interferences in send or recive. Check your tel. lines.

Says "memory is full" How do we clear memory?

MEMORY IS FULL, NEED TO BE RESET.

FAX INBOX IS FULL

SEE IF THERE A WAY TO DO IT THREW THE CONTROL PANAL ON THE COPIER IF NOT THAT IT WILL A FILE IN THE ONLINE PORTION OF YOUR INTNET PROVIDER.

Enter service mode by:

Press the menu button and then the # button to select SERVICE MODE;
then, using the cursor button, select SERVICE'S CHOICE, and press the OK

Canon i-sensys fax-L100

The machine keeps in memory only reports of faxes sent or received until the page is full.When the report page is full, the earliest fax is removed to make way for the most recent. Therefore if you sent enough faxes after 4 Apr 08 to fill a page, there will be no record.
