We have a Magimix M 200 Purchased at John Lewis Registration No: 278739 approx Dec 2008. We have not got the purchase receipt. The nozzle for frothing up the milk is not working at all so we are unable to make capucchinos. We have descaled the machine but still no luck. Any ideas ?

There might be a blockage in the steam tube or the frothing nozzle itself. Make sure the nozzle is clean and try inserting a pipe cleaner gently into the steam tube to clear any blockage that may be preventing steam from passing through.

I just registered a new vacumn and inadvertently put place of purchase as Home Depot. I got the product at Walmat. What do you wnat me to do.

It really doesn't matter that you put the wrong store on the registration. You don't even need to register a product as long as you keep your sales receipt to prove the purchase date. Registering just provides a record for the product maker and they use the information for marketing. I'd suggest making sure you keep the receipt somewhere so you'll be able to find it easily if warranty service is ever needed. (I keep receipts and manuals together in a file cabinet along with other papers.)

Hoover may not be that sophistacated to have on-line registration. Use the card that came with your Hoover Vacuum. Make sure have the receipt to prove date of purchase.

I purchased a Hoover WindTunnel 2 model#u8361900 in Dec 2007.I am very disappointed because the self cleaning filter is not turning and particles keep clogging in that area. I have manually removed the particles but the filter will not turn. I also haven't been able to use the pet brush for some time. The cleaner has not been used hard about once a week since it was purchased. I am not happy that this product has stopped working efficiently since purchased 6 months ago. I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. I sorry you are having a problem with the Hoover WindTunnel Vacuum Model #U8361-900 but I never heard of a filter that you say is self cleaning and NOT turning. I have never seen a filter that turns inside the chamber, the dust and dirt basically go around and circulate around the filter and you can clean the filter by either brushing it off, vacuuming it off or using some type of brush to clean off the filter such as and old paint brush or if you have some type of blower system – that would work as well. You said your vacuum is less than one year old so I would contact your local factory authorized Hoover dealer in your area or to cal the cust serv @ the Hoover factory listed below. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.
