My wireless doesn't work nor my bluetooth - HTC Touch P3450 Smartphone

Turn off Bluetooth in settings and then tap wifi turn off then back on. Wifi should now be working

I would start by pulling up your laptops configuration and see if it has a bluetooth card installed, most newer laptops do but it all depends on how the laptop was configured when ordered or purchased. Check your connections section and see which wireless cards are installed.

Its been said that if you hibernate your PC too long,

when you resume windows your wireless is 'confused'.

Try restarting or hibernating again and resuming immediately after.

Sometimes this works for me, sometimes it doesn't.

Also, if your bluetooth isnt working either, you could have a problem with your wireless.

Check for updates and update BIOS and anything related to your computers wireless assistant, connectivity, etc.

re-install the wlan card driver, just download it again dont bother uninstalling

Remove the BT211 module. Install the drivers that can be downloaded from the link above. Shut down the computer. Plug in BT211 and turn on machine. The unit should be recognized and drives put in place to make everything work for you.

The drivers for the hardware don't exist for windows 8. You need to format. turn on holding the 0 key. follow steps to set to factory defaults, save your pictures and documents first cause this will erase them.

Not all drivers that worked previously on your laptop on xp would work on windows 7. Windows 7 and Windows Vista were built off of almost the same code. Try using the windows vista drivers anyway. If it doesn't work, you can always uninstall them.

Verify there is nothing plugged into the headset port, including headsets, headphones, or adapters.
Original iPhone only: While on the Home screen, adjust the volume buttons. If you see the icon below, indicating that headphones are attached, there may be debris in the headset port:



To remove debris in the headset port, try connecting a pair of headphones to the headset port and then remove the headphones. Repeat this several times.
If you have paired with a Bluetooth headset that is nearby, either use the headset or turn Bluetooth off (choose Settings > General > Bluetooth).
If that doesn't work, try restarting the iPhone. Hold the Sleep/Wake button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the Sleep/Wake button to turn it back on.

It depends on the wireless technology used by the mouse.

1. Infrared
If your mouse used Infrared for communicating with your PC, you will have to place an Infrared receiver on your desk, in line with the mouse you want to install. You will definitely have to install the drivers supplied with the mouse/Infrared receiver.

2. Bluetooth
If the mouse uses Bluetooth, first you either will have to install a Bluetooth dongle on your PC/Laptop (if it doesn't have Bluetooth integrated) or activate the Bluetooth on your PC/Laptop. Then, using the Bluetooth software supplied with the dongle or PC/Laptop, search for new devices and choose the mouse to pair with. You may have to install the software provided with the mouse for if to work.
