I have read your resolution to fixing the error code E21. How do you get the front panel off? I have tried a flat head screwdriver but am afraid I might damage something. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks so much, Regina

I understand that your Electrolux range is displaying error codes "E21" and "E39" and you are waiting for a part to become available to change. Based off the error codes "E21" stands for key sensor for cook place two which means a potential issue with the left board. "E39" stands for incorrect configuration. To configure your cooktop you would need to press and hold the "Warm" key, then press right front "Power" key until it beeps. Then press left front key and the configuration should start. If that does not help your situation I would suggest having a professional out for proper diagnosis. This will help to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Best of luck! -Matt
I see that you are receiving an E21 on your Frigidaire washer, model# ATF6000ES. The E21 error code states that water is not pumping out fast enough. Here are a couple of suggestions that you can try.
1)Check the drain hose for any kinks or clogs. Also, make sure that the drain hose is only 6-8 inches down in the drain pipe. If the drain hose gets backed up with water this error can occur.
2)Make sure that the actual drain pipe, where the drain hose goes into, is only a maximum height of 8 feet. If it is longer than 8 feet, you will need to cut some of the pipe off.
3)Make sure that your homes drain pipes are not clogged. If they are, you will need to unclog them. Call a plumber if necessary.
After checking the above suggestions, reset your washer by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your homes circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. When you restore power, start any cycle on your washer. If you are still receiving an E21 error code, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose your washer and determine why you are receiving an E21 on your appliance. Hope this is helpful.
Hi Error code e20/e21 means a clogged drain pump. This might have happened due to small clips, pins, coins, etc being stuck in the pump. Please note that error e21 can also occur when the drain pump is not pumping fast enough or when the pump fails. To fix the issue you'll need to check the drain pump. Remove the 2 screws from the bottom of the front access panel, it will come off. Now check for the pump on the right side and remove hoses from it. Remove pump from machine then remove whatever is there in the pump. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.
The E21 error code means the water in the washer is not pumping out fast enough. The solution is to check the washer installation. Make sure the drain hose is not kinked. Make sure the drain pump has 120 volts in the drain cycle. If it reads zero the control board will need to be replaced. If not, then it's the pump.
E21 Water not pumping out fast enough. .
Check for Restriction in drain pump or hose...
No restriction. Go to step (2).
2. Start the washer and check for 120 VAC at the
drain pump. if no voltage Replace the control board.
120 VAC. Remove the pump and check for
blockage. If blocked, remove the restriction,
if not, replace the pump.
