You can try restoring the phone
First back up all the important contacts and files like images, sounds from the phone memory to memory card then you can either go to settings> original settings/restore or dial *#7780# and input the security code (The default code is 12345) then the phone will restart and will certainly fix the problem.
The internet settings will also be wiped out > to get the settings> you can contact the customer care of the service provider or google for manual settings.
Hope this Helps!
have you tried to restart your phone? if not, kindly try it and if your phone is still the same way you can try restoring it to its factory setting by clicking the menu-->settings-->phone-->phone management-->factory settings and select yes but before that i suggest that you should back up your file first.
You could try backing everything up and doing a master reset, but back everything up first (its so important I said it twice). to do master reset just dial *#7370# and accept. after the master reset you can restore your files by restoring it from the back up.
