Am trying to install the antivirus, but it is not working(arvira antivirus )

If you have installed antivirus first of all update it and scan full computer if you not installed any antivirus you can download any free antivirus like avast free antivirus. Download it and install on your laptop and full scan your laptop then you can try to run internet explorer. you can also reset the setting of internet explorer.

Either turn off your current antivirus with Task manager\ Processes... or if that's not working just copy data to another storage device and re-install OS.

Possibly OS problem, try to reinstall your OS...

Your problem is your antivirus, because as you mention it happens after installing antivirus. Try uninstall the antivirus and try to connect to the internet. If connected probably there is a settings which block the internet by your antivirus. You have to check each settings where is really the cause why after installing your antivirus you can not connect to the internet. Or try to install different antivirus and check the internet connection. Have a nice day!

Symatech antivirus cpu usage is very high if your system is not a high configuration it makes slow.
the newer versions of nortorn antivirus are good and fast like nortorn antivirus 2010 so try latest version by removing old. or try avast anivirus which is very fast and working very good.

Welcome to the world of utilities that let you know they're working by whining about each other. It sounds like you looked for pattern files for a certain antivirus tool using the same antivirus tool and were told they were current. If that's the case, good work and you can try manually installing pattern files from the antivirus makers' site and possibly meet success in making SystemSuite 8 happy, but things are going fine if you get new pattern files weekly or so. (If not, you can just install a different antivirus, uninstalling the first in the process.)

check your antivirus...try disabling the antivirus for a bit then try the USB device if it works then get a new antivirus

If u have an old antivirus, uninstal it first before instaling the new one.
If you dont have an old antivirus, which antivirus program are you trying to instal? what happens when u trying to instal it? where in the process stops the instalation?

there are several reason for it..
do u have anyother antivirus installed there..
if you dont have any antivirus yet and still it is not installing there then check the CD or source of antivirus is ok or corrupted and if it is CD then, is their any scratches..

if nothing from it then u just install first Itune utilities even 2006. it contains a sub software after installation called.. 1 click maintenance..

just run it after installation of the Itune software . u will see the icon for 1 click.. on the destop
run that one..it will smooth your system and will repair registry..
aftere that try for antivirus after that..
maybe you problem resolve after doing just this..

Go to add/remove programs, uninstall, restart your computer. Now install your antivirus. See if that works if not contact your antivirus vendor, or techsupport for your antivirus.
