The k-lite program crashes when I try to open the video file. The same thing happens with windows explorer, Media player, winamp, format converters etc. The programs just close down, and I get an error report message.

The media player that your using does not have the correct codec to run the video recorded by your camera. You need to install codec like klite

you can download it here http://www.k-litecodecpack.com/

Not able to watch DVD's or videos on your PC? No picture only audio?

Reason
If you're having a problem reading DVD's or video files on your PC the this is because you either don't have a media player installed on your system or that you don't have a recent or updated codec pack installed on your PC.

Codec update
Firstly lets get to the Codec pack. A Codec pack is a list of video decoding information that, when added to your systems codec library, reads and converts the code and instructions from the video clip to your video player. To be able to play new videos or DVD's you will need to have the latest Codec update available. You can get the latest codec pack here. All you have to do is click the Download [ K-Lite Codec Pack 6.9.0 Full ]. Once downloaded you will need to install it and you may need to reboot after the setup is complete. VLC Media Player comes with Windows Media Player Classic and a host of audio/video decoders needed to play any video or audio file.

A great Video/Media Player
If you don't have a media/video player installed then you should try this great media application I found on the net. It's called VLC Media Player and it can literally play ANY media file, especially HD videos that Media Player Classic can't handle, and the best thing is that it is totally 100% FREE. It can be found on the VLC website here.

Extra
If you want to customise your VLC media player you can, just head over to the VLC skins department and get the skin pack.

I cant watch any videos or any websites I go to cant come up correctly please help.

Go to adobe.com and download the flash player as well as go to Microsoft Silverlite software as well many video programs are using these two the most popular are these. If you are using Windows Media Player I would use VLC media player it is also free to download and use this software will play almost every movie out there. It also comes with the most codecs. I hope these assist you with this issue. John

Hi every body I'm Reza i have some problem with

Hi Reza!!
Please check out your software manual whether it supports the video format or not.
A simple way is to run the software and try the open command. Browse to the folder where you have saved the video file and see if you can see it. If you can't see your video file than its not supported.
If you can't play the video file (even your software supports it) then try using any other media player.
I personally recommend you using K LITE CODED PACK. It is free and very useful. I'm using it from the day i heard of it. You can download it here
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm
Please gimme a comment if that helps
Thanks

I cant watch videos on my computer no more why?

do you have video software installed ? Real Player, Jet Audio, Windows Media Player .......etc

make sure you have them and if you're trying to play a move, look at the extension ( Name.WMV) .WMV is for windows media video, which works on windows media player. you have to have the right program to play the video you want depending on the extension.

I have Jet Audio, its a very good program that can play many types of movies. you just go to preferences ---> file type associations ---> then check all and it will play almost any video or audio file you have. without needing to download all other software. One For All

HI.I was watchinglive streaming but there is a eror sudenly.this eror:rtsp://78.129.143.64/broadcast/pull/81.31.32.47:2030/broadcast/pull/81.19.7.50:3051/stv3.rmvb Can you help me...

Streaming audio/video quality can be affected by connection rate and Internet congestion. Many types of interruptions between your computer, your player, your computer's OS, your local network, your ISP and a streaming server can exist and cause trouble....
When you listen to the live audio/video stream, the sound or video skips, cuts out or buffers if the player doesn't have enough network bandwidth, it will buffer. Try increasing your player's buffering setting. Also:
  • Make sure you are choosing the appropriate bandwidth version of a media stream based on your Internet connection.
  • Make sure you are choosing the appropriate bandwidth settings in an Internet media player or streaming audio/video recorder.
  • Make sure NOT to download applications or files while watching/listening to media streams. Your Internet connection is shared between all open applications including your web-browser, your download manager and your streaming player. Closing applications that use your Internet connection simultaneously with your streaming player may reduce buffering.
  • Close other unnecessary applications that may be open on your computer. Reboot your computer. If you have lots of other programs open, they may be using too much processor time and/or RAM for the player to work properly.
  • Make sure your Internet connection is fast enough to reliably listen to streaming audio and/or watch streaming video online. High speed Internet connection is recommended.
  • Make sure your computer is fast enough. If your computer is old, it might be too slow to play an audio/video stream regardless of what else it's doing.
  • Update your media players and streaming audio/video recorders regularly.
Internet congestion can slow down the delivery of the stream, make it difficult for you to connect or cause buffering. Often the interruption is temporary. Please try to connect a few times at different times of the day, if possible. If you repeatedly have problems connecting, please notify your ISP - there are often quick fixes they can make when they learn about your issue.

Try the above steps you will find a solution to your problem....100% it will work.....
