Question about Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 for PC
Initially received 2 e-mails. 1st was received ok, second stuck after 298KB and froze. This repeats itself each time Outlook is used. I now have 7 e-mails waiting with some 13MB but cannot get past the first 298KB.
Quickest and best solution is to your your ISP's webmail to delete the email causing the problem. (or move it somewhere else so it won't be downloaded).
You haven't given any detail about who your provider is, so i'll just give you an example.
If you were an Optus cable internet customer in Australia, you could go to http://webmail.optusnet.com.au and log in there. You'll need to find your ISP's webmail URL on their website (or call them), then you can read and delete the email that's causing your hangups... the rest of them will come down after that.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

To fix the same messages coming from a POP account again and again:
Since Outlook Express has just lost even the rest memory of which mail it has already seen, expect all mail still on the server to be retrieve the next time you click Send/Recv. After that, mail retrieve should return to normal, however.
All duplicates already received can be eliminated fast with a duplicate removal tool.
