Can't reset my cordless Logitech mouse

Trying to reset my cordless Logitech mouse. Changed the batteries...didn't help. Held the red reset button on mouse and "connect" button on the receiver for 20 secs and still nothing. Any other suggestions?

Thanks, that worked. However, now my problem seems to be that I cannot use both the wireless mouse and wireless keyboard at the same time (both logitech). I can reset one, but the other won't work; any ideas?

The same thing is happening for me and the solution given here isn't working. I have both wireless mouse and wireless keyboard (both Logitech). When I reset the mouse, the keyboard doesn't work. When I reset the keyboard, the mouse doesn't work. I did what was suggested here - held receiver button for 5 seconds, then press mouse reset once & keyboard reset once. I also tried mouse & keyboard in the other order, then tried everything after a fresh restart. I'm now out of ideas. I hope someone can help. Thanks!

You should hold the reset button on the receiver for 5 seconds. let it go and immediately press the reset button on the mouse once. If done in this order it should be ok.

    Hi kayakr70.

This should sort out the problem. The same as before with your mouse, have your mouse and keyboard both ready with the reset buttons on the bottom. Hold down the receiver button for five seconds and then release. Immediately press the mouse reset button once, followed by the keyboard reset button once. This should now get both working.

There is a reset button on both receiver and mouse you must reset every time you change batteries. Normally the receiver one first.

Logitech cordless mouse and keyboard installation

You probably already done this but try pressing the receiver button and while it is flashing turn the board over and press the small reset/connect button on the bottom of the board and also the reset/connect button on the bottom of the mouse. It should work okay after that. here is hoping that helps. Bud
