Question about Bissell 9500 ProHeat 2X CleanShot Upright Deep Cleaner, Red Berends Vacuum
If the floor brushes don't turn, there is a motor for that and it maybe bad, On the attchment, vacuum is what turns those brushes, On the tank there is a knob to turn for the floor or hose, is it turned for the right application? other then that, you have a years warranty, take it in for repair.
