Try this:

Click Start>Run>type "msconfig", then click the tab start-up and boot.ini, and see if you can find the C:PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\MP3PLUGIN.DLL being loaded on start up, uncheck it then click okay and then restart the computer

Everytime I turn on my computer, I get this error message: Error loading C:\PROGRA~2\MYWEBS~1\bar'1.bin\F#SCRCTR What does it mean and how can I fix it? My operating system is Microsoft Vista.

Please click on Start, Click on Run and type the following in the open box and click OK
msconfig

Vista: In the Start Search field, type msconfig , and press Enter . The System Configuration window opens.

Or

Press and hold Windows logo key on keyboard and press R. It will open Run Window. Type the following in the open box and click OK

MSconfig

The System Configuration window opens.

Please click on Startup tab

Remove the check mark from entries related to Mywebsearch OR M3PLUGIN.DLL

Then click on Apply, Close and Please click on Exit without restart.

When the system restarts, you will see a message about System Configuration Utility. Click in the box for "Do not Show this message" and then click on OK.

Error message could not findC:/Progra~1/mywebs~2/bar/2.bin/m3plugin.dll

hello, this could because your AV removed something but it is still in your startup. Try this:
go to "Start" -> Run, then type in "msconfig" and hit enter. on the new windows that opened up,. select "Startup" tab and look for the entry that looks like your error or has anything in it with "mywebs" uncheck any such entries and then click apply. Restart your system.

test and post your results.

good luck

Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\BAR\3.BIN\M3PLUGIN.DLL

Did you recently delete or uninstall a program? The startup folder may be looking for the key in your registry, which may lead to a now-unused file extension.

The "easy" fix (so as not to mess directly with the registry manually), go to www.cnet.com, download "cccleaner", and run it's registry component (scan for issues and fix). Ccleaner is non-spyware, non-ad-ware and is very efficient in catching most "leftovers" in the registry (also is beautiful for cleaning out your cache, temp files, and temp internet with secure file shredder. And (drum roll) it's free :)

Hope this helps!

PS -- IF... by chance, you didn't uninstall anything, and haven't deleted any program recently, you MAY want to run your antivirus software (full scan). I would suggest rebooting in safe mode, downloading the latest definitions, and running a full scan)... good luck! -- Roonie

Every time i log into my desktop, a window pops up saying: error loading c:/progra~/mywebs~/bar/i.bin/mnsbar.dll, then it says that the specified module could not be found. don't know if i have deleted...

As long as you can run all of your programs without any problems, its ok. Unless you want to get rid of it, you might want to try and disable startup programs from running.
