Question about Cell Phones
Hi, I recently bought a samsung SGH-ZV10 vodafone for my kid about a month ago. Yet, ever since I bought the fone it's been giving problems. I've been everywhere to find out what the cause could be but with no luck. It shows limited service with every simcard put in, yet regretfully it can't make any calls nor receive. It only shows network error. Cud anybody please assist me in unblocking this phone???
i have a samsung sgh G600 and it from uk and i live in India and when i put my indian sim it asks for network lock

You can unlock it by flashing your mobile if your mobile is a CDMA mobile...
The procedure for flashing your mobile is in the link below
It has an video explanation.
If your mobile is not an CDMA mobile , you can get the network unlock code(NCK) byjust contacting the current network provider customer caredepartment. It is free of cost.
The restriction code can be got from your old service provider..This restriction code is kept to prevent someone who stole the mobile fromusing it with another provider...
They will have a security check done with your date of birth etc..to verify whether you are the exact owner of the phone..
After that they will provide you the restriction code to unlock it and use it with another service provider..
It is all free of cost donot pay anyone for this seeing some advertisement over internet . That is all fake ads.
