Forgetting your Yahoo! password or ID can happen to anyone, Yahoo! has established procedures for you to retrieve both without having to create a new account.

The password and ID retrieval process is a short and simple one, but you must follow it exactly. The forgotten password process does not give you the password you created when signing up for the account, it gives you a new one, which you can change later.

Forgotten Password


To recover your Yahoo! account password, click on the "Sign In" link from the Yahoo! homepage, which will take you to the "Sign in to Yahoo!" page.

Follow the "I can't access my account" link directly below the yellow "Sign In" button. Select the "I forgot my password" radio button on the next page and then click "Next."

Enter your Yahoo! ID and the code as it is shown and then click "Next."
From the following page, choose whether you want your password sent to the alternate email address or cellular phone number given when the account was created, and then click "Next."

An email is then sent to your alternate email address or cellular phone inviting you to reset your password.

Forgotten ID

Unfortunately, no one but you (unless you entrusted it to other people, you can ask THEM) could possibly know your own username and password.

Right below the Member Login box, you'll have to click "Forgot User ID or Password? Click Here" and input the EMAIL ADDRESS you used upon registration so they can email you your username and password or a password reset link.

Check your email afterwards. Just follow the instructions in the email: they're fairly straightforward.

I have forgotten my password


Go to the login page of www.theonlinebusiness.com and under the Member Login tab click on "Forgot Password?". This will open up a page requesting for the E-mail ID that was linked with your onlinebusiness account.

Give the e-mail ID and they will send you the ID and password for the onlinebusiness account.

I tried signing in as a new member and was told I alredy had an old account. I could not remembre my password etc. so was asked to reregister which I did. Following this I tried to make a purchase but...


To have the account fixed you'll have to either reset the password throught the "forgot id/password" link or call eBay customer support at the number displayed in the call customer support number using the PIN displayed. You should not have to reregister.

You can get a new password, a yahoo id reminder, or both. If you forgot your yahoo id or password, go to the sign in problem page.

If you forgot your yahoo id, you need to provide three pieces of information so yahoo can confirm your identity.

1) Your bithday

2) Your zip or postal code (at the time you created your yahoo account or when you last updated it)

3) Your alternate email address

4) Country code (at the time you created your yahoo account or when you last updated it)

Be sure to provide the same information you gave the last time you registered for a new yahoo id or password or the last time you updated your account.

If you forgot your password, you can create a new one. But first you'll have to provide the following information so yahoo can confirm your identity.

1) Your yahoo id

2) Alternate email address, mobile phone number, or the answers to your secret questions.

A reset your password link will be sent to your alternate email address. Click the link and enter your new password in the reset your password page.

I need to change my Yahoo mail language into English

I have a facebook account but i donot know how to reset my password


Log into facebook. Click on account, which is on the top right side of the screen in the blue portion on the right. Choose account settings. Password will be one of the choices, and you will be able to click on change on the right. You will get this screen:
  • By changing your password you will be logged off of all other computers
  • Do not use the same password that you use for other online accounts.
  • Your new password must be at least 6 characters in length.
  • Use a combination of letters, numbers, and punctuation.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive. Remember to check your CAPS lock key.
