Question about ASUS P4S800D-X Motherboard

UNDERCLOCKING hi my friend done overclocking dont the reason but he done stupid thing i know . i mean from 3.0 ghz cpu clock he done it 1.5 ghz than he tried to change it and he couldnt change it back at all , i suggested to take the battery from bios out and than he tried and he changed it to 2.25 i think . than he enable the option of cpu vcore 0.1V offset and he changed it again to 2.4GHZ , now its the end of the road for us we couldnt do anymore than this , can u suggest us .how to fix it .and bring it up to 3.0 ghz again THANK U VERY MUCH FOR ANY HELP. AVI.

Hi, open your manual to section 1.9, page 1-12. Follow the instructions to clear the cmos. (Do not forget to set the jumper back to normal).

Once the cmos has been reset your CPU should show auto the CPU to its default settings.
