I have a laptop and it is acer 3260.. i tried to search for the webcam in the control panel to enable my crystal eye camera but it wasn't there.. is there any way to activate my cam???

I have acer laptop notebook.few days ago i added new harddisk because of problem in my old arddisk. after that i cannot start my web cam. my web adjust with my acer laptop. please help me
