Question about DeLonghi Heating & Cooling
I don't know what it's worth but I have just bought a new one and a few days ago it was showing an error of F2 which means the refrigerant not working or something similar as per the manual. However I thought about what temperature i had it set at and turned it on at the temperature very close to what it was in the room at the time. This caused the refrigeration motor to try to engage but it would not as it was close to ambient temperature at the time and caused the F2 signal to flash up. So I dropped the reading on the dial down to 23 degrees C and straightaway the Refrigeration motor started and has never stopped. Moral is don't expect the motor to start up if you have setting close to ambient temperature - less than 5 degrees and motor won't start up. Once you think about it makes sense.
