Question about Lexmark OfficeCenter X3350 All-in-One Printer
The Lexmark X3350 will not pull the printer paper all the way through. In the process the paper starts to enter the printer, but stalls part of the way down and never reaches the ink cartridge to allow the page to be printed.
You may have something inside on the bottom of the paper feed area what you should do is
1. unplug the printer
2. pull the paper out
3. GENTLY flip it upside down and give it a good shake
4. if you hear anything moving then put it down and take a flash light and look down and see if what ever was moving around is there.
5. if there is something there then take a pair of needle nose pliers or your hand and GENTLY remove after that plug it in and it should work
