I have A 2005 Chevey impala with a code c1233

Tabitha, trouble code C1233 left front wheel speed sensor input signal missing. Possible causes:
Faulty left front wheel speed sensor, harness is open or shorted, circuit poor electrical connection .
Have a good tech. diagnose and estimate repair.

Possible vacuum leak. Check the EGR for hanging open. Which engine do you have ? Does it have any codes showing or is the check engine light on ?

honestly not sure here but take it to a specialist and let them have a look ,could just be a simple fault that can be rectified with the right software ,but i havent a clue as such because here in spain only old granny have an automatic,They have this macho thing here

try to reset it by turning the car on and pulling the fuse for it. then turn the car off and replace the fuse

change plug wires

Ican solve the horn problem i think. try reprograming the function thru the RDS radio control as in your owners manual, like changing your oil.
