Can the stoneware liner for this model be used in a conventional oven and, if so, up to what temperature is it safe to do so?

I downloaded the owner's guide and on page 3, item #9 states,"Removable stoneware and glass lids are ovenproof and microwave safe. ...". So I guess that answers that question. Although it doesn't state any temperatures, I think it is safe to assume that they can be used at all temperatures produced by most conventional ovens under normal use.

Missing stoneware liner for Rival Model 3960

I have a Tricity TSC09 6 litre Slow Cooker and I just love it . I smashed the lid and was so gutted I tried for hours online to find a replacement lid with no luck. I went shopping and bought a very cheap 6 to 7 Quart or 6 to 6.5 litre Slow cooker / Crock pot of the same shape the removable pot and lid fit. I bought a cookworks, signature, 24 euro 6.5 litre oval dog standard slow cooker and now I also have a removable pot replacement as well just in case I smash that too. Try buying a very cheap one of the same size and shape even a pot and lid a little bigger than mine still fit .

NO, these stoneware inserts are not meant for the high dry heat of conventional ovens. It will crack in the oven...use only in the crockpot!

Yes, you can use the stoneware in your gas oven. I am using mine right now in my Convection Oven baking at 400 degrees. I use mine quite often in the oven for baked beaks, then transfer to my Crockpot.

Rival Stoneware liners

The factory could probably ship you a new Stoneware pot, but the cost of the pot plus the shipping cost for that heavy item would probably be as much as a new unit. My suggestion is to replace the whole cooker.

I need a lid for #3150/2; all the rest works great! I'm sad the lid broke (I've had this for 28 years). If I can't find a lid, I'll sell the liner and working outer part for $10 plus the cost of shipping it to you. Let me know at loneill639@numail.org. I just made the best 'garbage' soup ever (all the leftovers including steak, gravy, broth, potatoes, green beans, chopped grape tomatoes). This thing works great!

Rival Crock Pot LIner replacement

I have a round, forest green stoneware liner for a Rival crock pot. The liner has no divider. The liner has no chips or cracks. Sorry but I cannot remember to which model number this stoneware liner fit; but I can tell you that the Rival crock pot I had was either a 5 to 6 quart and it fit a plastic lid.
