There are 2 screws holding the wacher to the counte top. (right on top of the washer latch, upside down).
if you can't get the washer out. then you can fix the problem. I gather you know what the problem is.

Drain hose clogged or Not ran in the proper draining position, under the sink where the hose ties into the drain system or garbage disposal, the hose should be higher than the connection point, I have fixed this by tie strapping hose to the bottom of the counter or sink, hope that helps ?

How do i replace the drain hose

It's a fairly big job. You have to pull the dishwasher out from under the cabinet. Then remove the left-hand metal panel. You should now be looking at the case-brake assembly. Reach inside the dishwahsher and turn the water-inlet bezel counter-clockwise to remove it. Now you can tilt out the case-brake assembly and loosen the clamp that holds the drain hose in place. Pull the hose off (have a towel or Sham-Wow ready to catch the water). Then you have to remove the clamp or hose-restraint at the back of the dishwasher. Thaen you can pull the drain hose out and replace it.

Electrolux dishwasher with error code 11

Hello Jason Johnson - Typically error code E11 indications that there is an issue with the drain valve, possibly the main control board is timing out before receiving status of drain valve. I strongly recommend contacting a professional to check the wiring between the main control board and drain valve.

Electrolux dishwasher overflows

Two things to consider....clean water or dirty water?

Clean water usually indicates the fill valve is not shutting off all the way and the fill valve is "weeping" water in all the time = new fill valve time!!

Dirty water usually is not a dishwasher problem but more of a plumbing issue. Often the sink drain that carries the sinks water outside is not fast enough and some of this sink water is backing up into the drain hose and filling up the dishwasher through the drain hose. The drain from the sink to outside needs attention as this type of a problem indicates a slow house drain for that sink.

The dishwasher drain line should be clamped to the top underneath part of the counter before entering the sink drain plumbing, this may help the water from coming back inside the dishwasher.

Hi,

There is a simple explanation for this - water is leaking into the bottom of your dishwasher under the washing compartment. This has caused the float to rise and trip the switch which activates the Aqua-Stop / anti-flood protection system. This also closes the solenoid (water control valve) which explains why you thought it needed to be replaced.

The only way to check this is to remove the washer from under the counter (disconnect power and water supply first) and tilt it backwards about 15-20 degrees. Water should run on to the floor from under the washer so I suggest putting some old towels down first. Once the water has been drained from under the washer, you can use it again, but it's not advisable if you have a leak. The only way to find the leak is to get access to the bottom of the washer by removing a side panel, usually the right-hand one. As you already replaced the solenoid, you should know how to do this. Once you have access you can run a cycle and try to see where the water is leaking from or you may be able to see signs of corrosion somewhere which should help you to identify the source of the leak.

If there is no water under the washer, you probably have a faulty float switch or possible a faulty control module.

Hope this helps. Post back if you need further assistance.

BElectric

I cant get it to onto a wash programme lights come on but then they just flash

The main cause is the "anti flood" device at the bottom of the washer that detects a water leak "hose leak" etc. This device made up of a polystireen float and micro switch is a safety device and when activated puts the washer in pump out mode only. You need to look at the base of the washer and see if water leak has caused this. Rectify the cause "normaly hose or clamp" and this should clear the

Can't pull it out to find where it's leaking

You will have to turn off the water supply and disconnect the copper line from the water inlet valve. Also you will need to follow the drain hose and disconnect it also. Either one of these can prevent you from pulling the dishwasher out. To gain access to the water line and the drain hose you must remove or open the bottom panel. One more oh by the way is the power cord or wire that may also have to be disconnected to get it out.

If I were searching for the source of a leak I would not pull it out... I would remove the lower panel as all service techs do and look for the leak with a flashlight without pulling the dishwasher out from under the counter.

Water leaking from top dishdrawer

This is very rare in any dishwasher. I use to repair most all dishwahers. First check your door seal for any cracks, cuts or splits. The water inside is under great pressure and can push out from the top of the door if that is is weak, flat, or has anykind of cut or crack. If the leak indeed is coming from the top then you will need to get someone to help you pull out unit and check top for cracks or splits. This entire housing is plastic and may have come with crack. If your washer has a hose at the top, then check it good. While its out from under the counter run it and watch to see if you can tell where leak is coming from. I may have missed something. Remember, always unplug this from wall outlet or turn off breaker if you are indeed moving it in or out. Good luck.

Leaking water on floor during drain cycle

First the source of the leak needs to be identified. pull the machine out from under the counter and remove the left side panel exposing the blue float assembly. Turn the machine on and observe the fill cycle. if water comes out anywhere on the fill mechanism then the inlet valve needs to be replaced. once the machine has filled and begun to cycle cancel the program and drain the unit. observe closly where the leak is happening. a leak during drain usually indicated a leaking drain hose.
