How to fix an unknown error occured (-9808) in itunes

check your computer's date, time, and time zone. If they are not correct, set the correct date, time, and time zone.

If your computer's date, time, and time zone are all correct and you still see this alert message, this issue can be resolved by modifying certain settings in the Internet Options control panel:

Go to the Start menu and choose Control Panel.
Select Internet Options.
Note: If you are using Windows Vista you may need to select Classic View on the left before you can see Internet Options.
Note: If you are using WIndows 7 you may need to change "View by" to either Large icons or Small icons before you can see Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab.
In the Settings box, scroll down to the Security section.

Deselect the option to "Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)."
Select the options for "SSL 3.0" and "TLS 1.0."
Apply the changes and restart your computer.

Monitor is showing large icons, large pictures and blurry images.

Go to Start >control Panel> display.
On the Settings tab, slide the resolutin slider to a higher number. Hit apply and it will show ou the difference and give you the option to accept or reject the changes.

You can change the size of the icons by going to Start >Control Panel > Display >Appearance. Then click on the advance button. There you will see a box to change the size of the icons.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

HP laptop desktop screen seems to be zoomed in . all icons and wallpaper seem to appear quite large .

There is an opion under conrol panel, accessibility options to zoom or enlarge fonts etc. for visually impaired people.. But also I guess there might be a hot key you have hit by accident, that zooms the desk top. What model of HP? Also right mouse click the desktop, click properties & check the 'appearance' settings.. There is an option for large icons & fonts. Maybe the HP hotkeys hook into that Windows option. Rgds,
