You have to go to the passport office for this requirement. There is a special form to be filled ad submitted along with the old passport, and have to pay the required fee. Renewed passport will be send to you by mail. Won't deliverd by hand. OK.

Hi tere is nor requirements as such you just need to apply to the passport office for the country you are form just obtain the correct forms the passport office will send you them, just follow the questions truthfully answer them get a the required photographs signed on the back and send it back with the required fee, simple as that.

Or, take some vacation-time, and tell your employer that you will be visiting another country, and you require the return of your passport, in order to enter that country as a tourist.
