Question about GPS
I did use the Premium live chat with you. I went through all the steps again that I already did on my own - i.e. resetting the pin hole with power on and power off...touching the screen in the corner when it was powering on....nothing changed.
I called Magellan. My warranty is still in effect and the Magellan rep gave me a repair number and address to send the unit. I will have it back and working in 7 to 10 days at no cost to me.
I wish it had been a really quick fix, I use my GPS in my business. I'm thankful for the warranty. I wish I knew why it did this so I can avoid any possible repeat of the malfunction.
