Question about Jenn-Air JCB2388G Side by Side Refrigerator
Jennair jcb2388 side by side frig and freezer warm. inside fan running. removed back panel and cut out thermostat. reconnected wires (to bypass thermostat altogether) and freezer stayed warm. five hours later checked freezer and frig was warm. 30 minutes later both were getting colder. a normal amount of frost appeared on the inside coils of freezer. then heater went on and the temp in the freezer and then frig increased to about 74 degrees F. its been like that for about 90 minues, where the freezer and frig are warm and the fan blows warm air. what is the problem and what part do I need ? Thanks Marianne
HI thanks for your question, i think what your problem is . the compressor is over heating and cutted out. clean all the coils at the back of the fridge. if theres a fan motor at the back make sure its going check that thanks
