Question about HP ScanJet 3670 Flatbed Scanner
My C5180 works fine on my new computer -- BUT there is no HP Solution Center on my new computer like I use to have. I now have Vista -- any suggestions? I use the HP Solution Center to help me scan every day. Thanks.
I always get this "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is Unavailable
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "Solution Center.msi" in the box below. (The box below says "C:UsersBERNAR~1AppDataLocalTemppft9364")
Please go to control panel, uninstall the HP printer software and reinstall from the cd supplied with the printer.

I removed all the software for HP scanjet 4890 from my pc en and afterwards installed new software (from the internetsite of HP). Then the problem was solved
