Toaster oven goes to 000 and beep continously and the light is on for completed. Can we reset the oven or how do we fix it.

Be careful. Sounds like an over heating safety issue.
Unless you can identify the cause, suggest replace unit with a new toaster oven. Be sure to read and follow any safety instructions.

check breaker and plug --if power to unit will need a meter to test the controls,switches and elements

I found it! In the manual that came with the toaster (and not the one online), I found the following instructions:

1. To turn the indicator beep OFF: Press both [TOAST] and [BAGEL] keys and hold for 5 seconds.
2. to turn the indicator beep ON: Repeat the above process.

Note - if you lose power or unplug the unit, the beep comes back, so keep these instructions handy. :)

There is no fuse. Take back cover off and all bottom perimeter screws. Outside cover pulls off towards rear once you get all the ** little screws out. Chances are you will find burned connections on the heating elements poking out the sides of the heating chamber. Try cleaning these and squeeze them tighter before reconnecting. Good luck!

Toaster switch does not stay down. I have to hold the switch down to get toast. The heating element works fine as does the oven. Can we fix the switch? Or, do you know someone to whom we can send it for repair? Thanks!
