Question about Cell Phones
I had this problem, and it resolved itself. I have no idea what prompts it, but try waiting a few hours. Turn off your phone and wait, keep checking back.

I had this problem as well

The most common way to fix this seems to be just to leave the phone off for a few hours and try to turn it on again. The phone should turn on like normal after this. If this keeps happening then maybe its best to take the phone to repairs for warranty service.

Take your sim card out and wait about 30 min then turn the phone back on then if it lets you in go to the menu and DONT exit out because if you do it will do the same thing as before and remember this is just temporary i experienced the same problem and att told me to go to an att store walmart or radioshack and they fixed it the same day in the store you might need new receptors

Call the warrnty line at the above number. and att customer service sucks they kept sending me the same crappy phone with the same problem three times, and after the third time i finally got a different phone. all the bitchin , yellin , threating to leave did absolutly nothing, got nothing extra.wasnt looking for a lot just a little something for all the run around that i got. so if you want the same phone call and they will send you a new one.
