prior to this current problem did the pictures have a hazy contrast to them? if so then yes the apeture is faulty. if the cost of the camera does not exceed the the repairs then you should purchase a new one. this is the best option because i'm sure if you send it straight to fuji it will cost more than 350 bucks guarenteed. however you might save alot by just taking it to a local shop and have them repair it and you most certainly get it back alot quicker as well.........please rate this thanks
How do the pictures come out? Are they haze and out of focus? It sounds like an internal ccd problem. If the unit is under warranty then the repair costs are covered. If not then you can still have it repaired through sony at your cost. If you need any further assistance please let me know. Thank you, Lee
Canon will resolve this problem free of cost as per announced Canon CCD Advisory. Your Canon A95 has problem with CCD Imager and this part will be replaced by Canon Support free of cost. Click above said web link to get details. Have a nice day.
This is from what you describe - more the computer dispkay than a camera proble. How do other images look[not the camera] on the screen? or the deck top. -Check out this first them come back to the camera images.
