HOPE THIS HELPS:
Call Forward
• The first handset (HS1) can forward an external call
to another handset (HS2, HS3, or HS4) by pressing
and holding the INTERCOM key. After entering the
handset number to which you want to forward the
call, HS1 will display CALL FORWARDED.
• To answer the call, another system handset can
press PHONE, SPEAKER or any dial pad keys.
NOTE: If the other HS2 does not respond within 30 seconds, the
external call will be returned to HS1 and its display will show CALL BACK. If
the returned call is not answered within 30 seconds, the external call will end
automatically

Figure out if your particular cell phone model has the option to forward incoming calls. You can do this by visiting your cell phone manufacturer's website or reading the manufacturer's manual that came along with the purchase.
Access the "Settings" menu on your cell phone and select "Phone Settings" menu.
Select the "Call Forwarding" option in the "Phone Settings menu. This option is usually found at the bottom of the "Phone Settings" menu. Selecting the "Call Forwarding" option gives you access to call-forwarding controls.
Switch on the "Call Forwarding" slider. The default position is off.
Insert the phone number you wish to forward your calls to in the "Forward To" field. This field most commonly lies below the "Call Forwarding" slider.
Exit the setup menu by pressing the home button. You may be asked to confirm/save the changed settings depending on your cell phone model.
Make a test phone call to the cell phone number on which you just enabled the call rerouting option. If the call is forwarded and received on the number you entered, it means that the "Call Forwarding" option has been activated.
