- I have a Blackberry RIM 857 and a Apriva B5700E barcode scanner. I would like to put a book isbn database onto the blackberry and use the scanner for barcodes when I am out looking for used books. I purchased this blackberry and scanner on ebay and now I don't know if I can get it to do what I need it to. I don't need it to have the internet on it as I can use the database but is it possible to just have it scan barcodes for info?\Help!! I don't know what to do next
