I wouldnt go with a comaq i would go for somethin better like a toshiba sattilite

Consult the paperwork that came with the laptop, there should be a purchase offer for it. Alternatively, you can go to a nearest cheap computer shop (or look online) and buy the Home&Student Office Boxed package for a surprisingly reasonable price (compared to "regular" versions). It gives you an added benefit of a license for 3 computers at home.
But remember, this is what it says - home or student. If you are caught using this version for business purposes, it's a violation of the license terms.

The product key you entered cannot be use on this
remove it and use open office does exactly the same as ms office and its free www.openoffice.org

Best Prefer DELL Inspiron 1505 , Price will be around Rs 35000 -40000 . good performance and better battery back up.
