The Video Controller works off of the RGB principal. RED/Green/Blue pixels. The mix color is dependent on the formation and density of the pixel and rates. When one or more colors are absent the only functioning color will dominate, and it is Green in your case. The screen liquid crystals in Red and Blue are failing and only a screen replacement will fix the situation.
it means that the vids. that you're streaming is in a format that is not supported by your phone. you need a special streaming vid. application to properly stream videos, like real player online, mobile netflix or youtube for mobile. hope this helps and gives you a hint. :D

Raw format photos need to be processed and converted. iphoto can do this as can Photoshop Elements. Some cameras come with software for working with raw format.
Plug the camera into the computer. If you have a mac, "control click" and then "eject".
If you have a PC, go to your task bar at the bottom/side and go to "safely remove hardware", and select the camera.
Simple : plug the camera on the computer. Go to "My Computer". Select the camera. Right Click. Format the card. (Format) Presto, everything works again!
