If it's under warranty I would send it to the company to fix. If not then you have to take the mouse buttons off and put a really small spring in it or take it to the local computer repair and let them do it if you don't want to mess it up

My left mouse button doesn't spring back but still works. It is constantly pressed down. any way to fix?

You may have a broken key, or the keyboard itself may need replacement. Find a reputable laptop technician (any decent mom&pop PC store should be able to help) to remove the key and inspect it.

How to repair the left click button on HP Pavilion ZT1135

Hey,
I had the same problem. It is pretty easy to fix. You have one of two options to follow.
1) Push down moderately hard on the left mouse button. After 2 mins or so, and the cap should back on to the button on the bottom
2) if number 1 doesn't work get a needle or pin and lift the left mouse button off. Then just apply very little, not even a drop, maybe half of a drop to the button and apply the cap back on and push down.
