Question about Saeco Incanto Classic Espresso Machine
Thank you for helping me with the Algae problem. I took care of that, but in the process, I started the machine without the water tank. The machine ran out of water, and displayed "ventilate." I added water to the tank (with a new filter on it), and the machine now says "fill water tank," despite the tank being full. I turned it off, and unplugged it, but nothing works.
Thank you again,
We had the fill watertank error and faulty magnet that did not float up. We fixed it by removing the rubber top and then removing the "floating" magnet. It was waterlogged and wepried open the top, took the disintegrated Styrofoam out (this is what makes it float), dried the magnet and inside and then cut out a new piece of styrofoam and glued the top back with crazy glue. Put it back in place and popped the rubber top back in - It worked :) Had renewed bouyancy. I can't imagine why Saeco does not have a better buoyancy material and a better seal.

Make sure the magnet flow up, if it flow up and you still get fill water tank then you have to replace the magnet.
If you get ventilate all time, try to remove the filter and try again.
