I have an old packard bell pc and it needs to be rebooted but i haven't got the original floppy reboot disc how can i do it without the disc ?

By rebooted, I assume you mean reinstalled? You cannot reinstall a PC this old without the operating system disk. New PC's have a utility partition that contains the reinstall package. You will have to purchase that OS from ebay or some other site.

How do I reboot my toshiba laptop without the recovery disk?

Reboot = the process of restarting the OS = you turn the pc off and on.
Reinstalling - the process of loading all the files for the OS from the install disk, totally different process. Please use the proper terminology.
If you don't have the recovery disk then borrow a Windows install disk and use it and your key to reinstall. You will have to install the drivers yourself.

I don't have a dell reboot disk or a blank disk to download onto is there anyway to reboot my dell laptop without this

There are actually 2 ways. The first is after you have turn your PC on and while it's trying to reboot press the F8 repeatedly and select Safe Mode. So it means that you will be using Safe Mode to boot up. The other way is to use the OS disc(e.g Windows) that you have.

How do I reset my Maxdata PC to factory settings please. I have Vista

If your computer came with a restore disk, put the disk in and reboot. Boot off the disk by hitting f10 or f12 as the computer is booting up, select the disk drive to boot from.

If there is a restore partition you do the same as above but without the disk, there will be an option to boot from the restore partition.

I cannot get my gateway gt5028 to reboot,, i have no disc,, people tell me yiu can reboot and get computer back to normal without one,, help!!

there are 2 things about reboot that is the reboot from the bios or reboot from the windows... if you mean you can't reboot and there are no hard disk as your primary hard disk try to check if the bios detected the hard disk. by pressing Delete key when you start to reboot the computer... make sure there are someone with you who knows something about the computer BIOS. if not keep in touch.. in Main menu in BIOS you will find If the computer detected the hard disk, if not detected try to check the IDE/SATA cable or Power Cable of your hard disk. Check if that hard disk is the first boot in the Boot section of the BIOS, if not then change the Hard Disk as your first boot.. That will help you boot your computer properly in windows..
