I just purchased a Vibe M-855 cordless mouse but there isn't a user guide. It doesn't seem to work. Please email me the link to the user guide. thanks.

I cannot find a guide for your mouse. But usually there is a transmitter and the mouse is a receiver . Press the button on the receiver which should be plugged into your computer, then push in the connect switch on the bottom of the mouse.

Have to unplug mouse to plug in printer

Sounds like you have a USB, connection, a slim, rectangular, silver connector, well usually there is more than one, on a PC, have a careful look, you most likely have others, and you could use that for the printer, and that way you will not have to un-plug and re-plug all the time. Also if it is the case you only have one, you can get a thing called a USB Hub, and this will give you more USB ports that can all be used simultaneously.

I have installing the panasonic dp 8016 p but they cant installed why i plug very well printer to the pc they cant

ok. somewhat i know what is goin on. it seems that you are using the cd as the source of your driver and you are doing it manually installation (add printer detection) right?

here are your options:
1. do not connect yet the usb cable yet. Launch the cd autoplay then choose usb printer installation. do not connect the usb cable until the installers ask you to connect it. then those 'found new hardware' will appear. just ignore it, dont press any keys or mouse click just wait because it will automatically close by the panasonic installer. wait until the wizard finish. that's it.

you can dowload the printer driver and do the 'add printer detection process.: panasonic.net/pcc/support/mfp/dp-8020/gdi/download.html
click english except usa
click the link for your OS.
extract the downloaded file. that's it
:)

...if this still doesn't work just inform me. then i'll be the one to intall your printer. :)

Bought a MS wireless laser 7000, but cannot get it to work.

Hello

Basically, first thing you need to do is to connect the receiver and or charger to the computer, in some cases you might have a external power adapter that you have to plug in.

After that, turn on the mouse, if noting happens, place it on the charger and let it charge for a while.

you should have a green light on the mouse when it is charged.

Remove the mouse from the charger and see if it works, if the mouses light is green and it seems to be working, but your cursor is not moving, then find a connect or similar button from the charger / receiver, press that, and then press a similar button on the mouse, in most cases its in the bottom. Those two need to be pressed within a certain amount of time, to be quick about it.

Also make sure you are using a USB port, don't use a USB adapter to connect the cable to the old styled mouse port.

if your mouse still doesn't work, try a few different usb ports and restart the computer a few times. it should work.

Issue: Computer will not boot with the device connected via USB to the PC
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Solution: Disable USB Emulation (legacy support) in the computer BIOS

Turning off USB Emulation (legacy support) in the computer's BIOS
The following steps are for Dell computers. If this issue is occurring on another brand computer, the process of entering the computer's BIOS may be different. Additionally, the steps to make changes may differ as well. Refer to the computer's documentation to verify the appropriate steps to disable USB Emulation.
For Dell computers, perform the following steps:
While rebooting the computer, press the <F2> key to enter the System Setup (BIOS).

Press the Down Arrow <?!> key repeatedly until 'Integrated Devices' is highlighted.

Press <Enter> and another window appears.

Press the Down Arrow <?!> key repeatedly until 'USB Emulation' is highlighted.

Press the Plus <+> key to change the value to 'OFF'.

Press the <Esc> key to exit this window.

Press the <Esc> key again to exit the System Setup (BIOS).

When the message "Do You Want to Save Changes And Exit" appears, press the <Enter> key indicating Yes to save changes. The system will reboot.

Computer hangs during boot up after instlaling lexmark 6650 print

This is a problem I've seen with Dell PCs, what it is doing is trying to boot from the card reader on the printer. My PC had this problem, and a Dell BIOS upgrade fixed it. It would even try to boot from USB keys or mp3 players I left in the USB slot! So I have a feeling you have the same problem I had.

If you don't feel comfortable updating the BIOS, then contact Dell and maybe they can walk you through it.

Hai

I understand that your Isue is "After installing the HP All-in-One software, the computer stops responding during start up when the All-in-One is connected and turned on. The computer will start correctly if the All-in-One is not connected or is turned off."

SOLUTION:

This problem can be resolved by changing the "USB Emulation" in the Computer BIOS settings.
If you are using a DELL Computer just follow my instruction below.

Caution:
If you are using a USB keyboard, do not disable “USB Emulation”, “USB Keyboard Support”, or “USB Legacy Support”. If the settings must be disabled, use a PS/2 keyboard
