my screen goes black. I push the button on the front panel turning the monitor of. I then turn it back on it stays lit for about 15 seconds and then goes black again.

- My monitor also goes black and when i turn it off and back on it stays lit for about 2 seconds and goes black again. I have aslo noticed a reddish tint when i turn it back on.- Kathy853

- When I turn on my HP Compaq FP5315 15" LCD, the screen shows my desktop for about 0.5 sec and then becomes black. I have tried another monitor and it works fine. - clgtonto

Hi I have similar, I'm an electronics engineer and took mine apart only to find the power supply is very sick to the pint the pcb that converts all the signals probably has been damaged too, ie BIN FODDER.

Not very constructive but at least I know what is wrong - if I can get any constructive info i willl post it....
