Re: installed Samsung CLX2160
Havent heard of this before, didnt find any support buletins either, what you need to do is go in to the computer in safe mode, and uninstall the drivers, if you can get tem uninstalled then just run msconfig and disable the startup items that the samsung printer has, go back into windows in normal mode and uninstall the drivers. then go to samsungs website and get the lates drivers for the printer. If there was an issue the new drivers will have been updated to resolve the problem

Please make sure before installing the printer device should not be connected to the system
1. Put the driver cd into the system cd drive. 2. Auto run will start & prompt you to click the install drivers 3. Keep it clicking NEXT it the install the drivers 4. Please reboot the system & them connect the device..
try checking cable if you have another cable try that after rebooting computer! if that doesnt work go to hp's website look up the units driver for the correct operating system reinstall the drivers from hp's website then reboot and try your printer again it should work! 99.9 percent of time error printing to queue is a communication problem from the driver being corrupt or a error in your system registry.
Check at www.precisionroller.com they have many of these parts for Samsung. Once you get the new one you replace it by first removing the toners and drum, the transfer belt is next to remove from the front.

Uninstall all software and drivers related to this printer. After rebooting the pc, Insert the installation CD again. After it starts up and you get to the point where the software wants to install in a directory, ie..c:\program files\HP\.... STOP. Reinstall the software in another directory. C:\HP\PSC2210. let it go thru the entire setup and reboot.
Make sure the printer is unplugged before installing software. The software will let you know when to plug the printer in. I hope this helps.
