The Light has gone out in my KitchenAid Microwave Model KEMC308KSS0...how do I replace it?

I have a kems308...very similar to yours. Order the bulb by finding it on the parts list and ordering it on Amazon or thru Kaid. Mine was $13.00! The bulb on mine is a baseless bulb that goes in a bulb holder held by a spring behind the control panel. The control panel is easy to remove, but turn off the power first. Plan on an hour. If you can access yours this way it saves having to remove the whole unit.

My display reads F5:E7 on a Kitchenaid Superba stove. email cmaffey@hotmail.com

Well, its 10:30 on a Saturday night, and I was so frustrated by my Kitchenaid Oven. I set it to clean, but afterwards it would not unlock. the display read F5:E7, which i found out means the door unlocker won't work.

So, how did i fix it, well there are two ways, to get your oven door open.

I only found this out after tinkering for 2 hours, and found the easiest way to get your oven going again:

Pull your range out so you can see behind it. You will see a rod in the upper center part of the oven. There is a cutout in the metal and you can see the solenoid that locks the oven. It is connected to a rod. This rod is what goes to the front of the oven and is what is keeping your door locked. Simply move that rod the opposide direction, it will click, and presto, your door is now open.

I never bothered to replace the solenoid, because I didn't know if it was bad, or the controller board. The Solenoid itself is $90, I don't want to even guess what the control board is.

So, not technically a fix, but it will get your oven open. Just don't clean it automatically any more!

My oven will not turn on. I notice the clock is not on but the burners do work. I have a kitchenaid superba oven with a glass cooktop.

You can download an electrical schematic from the kitchenaid web site. In the back of the stove, you will be able to trace the wires to find a loose connection. Be careful - make sure you disconnect the power before you start. You don't want to accidentally touch 220V.

Kitchenaid KEMS308 display is saying "enter probe temp or remove probe" No probe is plugged in or has been used in a while. This message came up after cooking for about 3 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Now...

Apparently this is to do with moisture having affected the oven adversely (I got this error message after baking 50 potatoes with all the steam that generated. Have a look at this page http://www.howtomendit.com/answers.php?id=162257 ....the solution is to set the probe for 160F then turn the oven on for 15 minutes or so at 450F. This apparently should dry out the probe position and all work again.....I am trying it now.....

Finding parts for La Germania- Explorer Oven

The distributor for LaGermania in North America has gone out of business. However, parts can be ordered directly from the manufacturer in Italy. A contact that worked is:
Daniel Pedrazzini
Customer Support
BERTAZZONI S.P.A.
phone +39 0522 226415
fax +39 0522 226440
e-mail: dpedrazzini@bertazzoni-italia.com.
Note that shipping will be expensive, but it is still much less than buying a new stove.

Also, I have found a model sold in Australia that is very similar in features to the models that were sold here, with the exception that they don't have a separate burner lighting button. Here's a link:

Schematic for GE JGRP18GEL

We went to General Electric and requested the schematic for our
oven, they immediately faxed it to us, and also are sending a copy
in the mail.

All we needed was the schematic for the timer/control.

So, in the future, you can remember this....
