Problem with my LG TV and my XBOX360 , there no picture and sound when i connect my xbox with hd cable.

Try different AV ports on the TV, if it doesn't work press the right trigger + Y, right after the console starts (this will reset the resolution of the console output) I'm assuming you are using the same cable that worked with another TV, so neither the cable is broken, neither the Xbox. It can only be an output format problem, bad configured or a faulty TV.

Programming the remote to my tv do not no the tv code

The code can either be automatically found or you can look it up online. To automatically program it follow these steps:

Turn on the TV, and then point the remote control toward the TV. Then press and hold the TV button and the OK button at the same time for two seconds. Then all of the buttons will light up for two seconds, then only numbers 1-12 will stay lit.
Then press the CH+ button to send a series of off commands to your TV. Continue pressing until your TV turns off.

Note
Give enough time for the TV to respond to the off command after you press each button. Some TVs take more time to react to off commands than other TVs.

Press the TV button to save the code and to exit. All the buttons on the remote control will blink three times to confirm the code.

If this does not work then repeat the steps up to the point where the 1-12 buttons light up. Then go to this site and find your TVs code, there will most likely be a few codes for your TV, try each one until one works:

http://www.maxconsole.net/forums/archive/index.php/t-13852.html

After you enter the code, press CH+ again until your TV turns off.

That's it, you shouldn't have a problem anymore. Good luck.

I have Microsoft Xbox 360 Universal Media Remote and can't get the TV codes to work on my Viewsonic TV. I tried manaully scaning for a code without luck. Can any one suggest a TV code for a Viewsonic...

just to be sure go thru the steps for the remote to scan properly:

http://support.xbox.com/support/en/us/xbox360/hardware/accessories/media/universalmediaremote.aspx

If you already went thru these steps then I would suggest going to this page:

http://www.xbox.com/NR/exeres/3D295224-0688-4AFE-B6AB-0580AD69C86D.htm

It has all the codes for viewsonic tv's. If you go thru all these codes and you manually have the remote try to find a working code but to no avail, then the remote is not compatible with your TV, but there is always the last step of calling Microsoft support:

http://support.xbox.com/support/en/us/nxe/contact.aspx

If they cant help then you know for sure the remote isn't compatible with your TV.

On your output cable there is a smal switch that says HD or TV. Make sure that is on the correct spot!

Use the "HD Selector" on the cable that plugs into your xbox360 and make sure it is pointing to "SD" and then turn on your xbox360. This should put the console in standard definition mode and allow you to see the picture on the screen. If this doe not work, check and make sure you are using the proper inputs on your tv and selecting those inputer accordingly.
