Turn the computer on.
When you see "press <BLAH> to enter BIOS SETUP", press that <BLAH> key.
Then, use the arrow-keys to navigate through the menu to "Load Default BIOS settings".
Press Enter to execute that command.

At the top of the PDF file is the page number box. It is to the right of the blue down arrow.
Go to Page 39.
There you will see that there is a Clear CMOS button.
