I have an HP Photosmart C7200 All In One Series. On my previous HP printer, I was able to copy documents and shrink the images. Is this possible on my new Photosmart C7200?

yes it is ,, Once you install the drivers propperly then all the features will be in the toolbar. you can axcessthis tool bar by pressing the copy button on the printer, then you can reduce the image size. Our HP Photosmart C7200 All in ONe serie keeps flashing Problem 0xc19a0035 can you tell me what that means please?

The error relates to ink system failure you might not be able to get that printer repaired, if it is under warranty the vendor should replace you with a new one if it is out of warranty dispose the printer and buy a new one rather than spending time and money trying to get that printer repaired.

Hi Ken

I've had a quick dig around on the net and found a page with 3 solutions that you may like to try. One person has posted on the HP forum that this will resest the printer and confirmed that it worked for her.

Scanner Failure

Scanner failure means the scanner is not making enough light to see the home position. It happens when the scanner lamp ages or is covered with dust. Cycle power is just power off and on again, and see if it goes away.

Prints extra blank page for every one page of printed material

Ok, I too have HP Photosmart 7280 and it was spit'g out a blank page after each print page.
I went into the Control Panel/Printers - Right click on the HP Photosmart 7200 series icon and choose delete. Don't worry...just delete it.
Right above (Vista) click on Add a Printer - it's going to ask you if you want to add a local printer which is connected via USB connection or if you are set up wireless then choose Network
It will find your printer click on the printer hit next - then this is the most important step
It will ask you to find the manufacturer it shows Hewlett-Packard and underneath it shows HP - Do not click on HP - you'll have the same problem with that driver - choose Hewlett-Packard and find this driver HP Photosmart C7200 series Version [3/23/07]
Hopefully they are all digitally signed with this information.
Click on that driver and click next - then click on replace the current driver and click next.
Print a test page and problem should be solved. Hope it helped!
