My XP laptop is not recognizing the Nexxtech NHDE-35 external HD. Any recommendations on what I can do to access the drive?
Thank you,
Mark
Just bought one myself yesterday... Don't know if this is the problem, but the sales person said that NHDE-35 is for desktops and the NHDE-25 is for laptops. Hope this helps.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried both. Does yours work?
I have the same problem but am trying to get my Nexxtech NHDE 35 enclosure to work with an XP desktop. The drivers are not compatible as I have found out that they only support up to Win 2000. Does anybody know how to get drivers for this enclosure? P.S. Circuit City would not take it back as I was outside their 30 day window when I tried to get an exchange for an enclosure that was XP compatible.
